I see I too was looking at this same thread:

If that's the case it may be possible that they might have to be programmed for them to work, meaning you may have to stop by the dealership to get some assistance. I always assumed that dodge simply disconnect the switches and all that it takes is a simple "snap back in the connectors".

So after looking at it some more I see that everything matches plug to plug except one purple/white wire doesn't match . problem is I would switch them but I don't know witch side to switch and if I switched them then there would be a black/orange wire from the car side matched with a black wire from the door side . I guess I'll keep researching otherwise I guess it's a trip to the dealer.

Alright well before you take it to the dealership, there is one more thing you can try. Use a light tester or a volt meter and test the wires to see if you get a an LED light lit when you use the power window switch or see the reading on the volt meter if the voltage changes. If this is truly the case you could end up saving yourself time and money.

I know the post is very old, I just want to keep it for other people in future with the same problem. I have the 2013 charger police and the rear windows only worked using the master driver switch. I tested and they had the 12 V in the connector, so I replaced the switches and problem solved.

I think ARF posted relevant information that may have been of help to someone, even if the reply came five years later.
Thanks, ARF, and welcome! Hope you post more!

Thanks renegade734 for the motivation. I wanted to leave my contribution because I know many people look for help in the forums and never return to post the solution.
Also, where I leave Police is still driving the model 2011-2014, for sure many other people like me will get this model soon and will start working on rear doors, central console and horn, what makes the old information in this forum very useful.
